Terms of Service

Last updated

1. Acceptance

By accessing, purchasing, or using the services provided by SquadProxy Ltd. ("SquadProxy", "we", "us"), you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service description

SquadProxy provides IP proxy services including, without limitation, rotating residential, static ISP, mobile (4G/5G), and datacenter exits across multiple jurisdictions. Services are accessed via credentialed gateways and billed per the pricing displayed at checkout. SquadProxy is purpose-built for AI data collection workflows including training-corpus collection, model evaluation, RAG ingestion, and research-grade benchmarking.

3. Permitted use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content transmitted through the gateway and for compliance with all applicable laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate and in which the target resources reside, including data protection law, copyright law (and any applicable text-and-data-mining exceptions and opt-outs), and, where relevant, the EU AI Act.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for: unauthorised access to computer systems, circumvention of technical access controls in violation of local law (including the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990), distribution of malware or spam, targeting of minors, violation of third-party intellectual property (including scraping of content where a valid machine-readable TDM opt-out is present), or any activity prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Fees, billing, and refunds

Fees are payable in advance for the billing cycle selected at checkout. Overage charges accrue at the per-GB rate published for your plan. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you are in material breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

7. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquadProxy's aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page; the "updated" date above is authoritative.
